- The scope of services will be clearly mentioned in the package or custom plan selected by the client.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed timeline before final delivery of photos/videos.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If we (Eye Line Graphy) are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the advance or reschedule with mutual consent.
4. Deliverables & Timelines
- Delivery timelines for photos, videos, albums, and other media will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Raw files are provided only if included in the package.
- Editing style, effects, and creative direction remain at our professional discretion.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All photos and videos captured by Eye Line Graphy remain our intellectual property.
- Clients are granted personal usage rights (printing, sharing, social media, etc.).
- Eye Line Graphy reserves the right to use selected photos/videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate details (event timings, venues, requirements).
- Permissions for photography/videography at venues (if required) must be arranged by the client.
- Any delays, restrictions, or issues caused by the client/venue may affect the final output.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for perfection, Eye Line Graphy will not be liable for:
- Delays caused by technical issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. All personal information and event details shared with us will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
